Vice President, Strategy and Client Relations
As the newest member of the leadership team, Karen is responsible for the development of new business strategies for Balmoral as well as overseeing strategy development and client servicing for existing clients.
Karen brings over 20 years of corporate and agency side experience gained from working with large multi-nationals and local brands in both the public and private sectors in the Gaming, CPG, Digital Media and Financial Services industries. She brings to clients a wealth of experience in strategic planning, consumer research and insight generation, brand development, traditional and digital marketing. She is passionate about developing interconnected brand experiences that deliver business results, and have helped brands optimize their customer journey using a mix of mass media and digital media, including campaign optimization and programmatic. She is an expert in digital marketing, encompassing social media, content marketing, SEO, eCRM, web analytics, direct response and database marketing.
She is a graduate of Queen’s University, is an active volunteer in competitive youth hockey and is passionate about food, travel and tennis.
